Horizons Enhanced Income US Equity ETF Announces Distributions for the Month of November 2015, Payable on or About December 10, 2015

Horizons Enhanced Income US Equity (USD) ETF announced a distribution of $0.05462 per HEA.U unit, $0.05462 per HEA unit, $0.04742 per HEA.V unit and $0.04742 per HEA. A unit for the period ended November 30, 2015. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be November 26, 2015, for all unitholders of record on November 30, 2015.

The Distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about December 10, 2015.
