HORIZONS ACTIVE PREFERRED SHARE ETF Horizons Preferred Share ETF announced September 2012 distribution of $0.03680 per Class E unit and $0.03249 per Advisor Class unit. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be September 26, 2012, for all unit holders of record on September 28, 2012. The distributions will be paid in cash or, if the unit holder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about October 11, 2012.
