HORIZONS ACTIVE PREFERRED SHARE ETF Horizons Preferred Share ETF announced monthly distribution of $0.03680 per share on class E units and distribution of $0.03249 per share on advisor class unit for the period ending August 31, 2012. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be August 29, 2012, for all unit holders of record on August 31, 2012. The Distributions will be paid in cash or, if the unit holder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about September 13, 2012.
