Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF Declares Monthly Dividend for April 2015, Payable on or About May 12, 2015

Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF declared a monthly dividend of $0.03354 per HPR unit and $0.02926 per HPR. A unit for April 2015. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be April 28, 2015, for all unitholders of record on April 30, 2015.

The Distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about May 12, 2015.
