Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF Declares Monthly Distribution for the Period Ending June 30, 2016, Payable on or About July 13, 2016

Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF declared a monthly distribution of $0.03237 per unit and $0.02864 per unit on class A shares for the period ending June 30, 2016. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be June 28, 2016, for all unitholders of record on June 30, 2016. The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about July 13, 2016.
