Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF Declares Monthly Distribution for the Period Ending January 31, 2016, Payable on or About February 10, 2016

Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF declared a monthly distribution of $0.03237 per unit and $0.02895 per Class A unit for the period ending January 31, 2016. The ex-dividend date is anticipated to be January 27, 2016, for all unit holders of record on January 29, 2016.  The Cash Distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unit holder on or about February 10, 2016.
