Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF Announces Monthly Distribution, Payable on or about April 10, 2014

Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. announced the distribution of $0.03544 per HPR unit and $0.03083 per HPR. A unit for Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF, for the period ending March 31, 2014. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be March 27, 2014, for all unitholders of record on March 31, 2014.

The Distributions will be paid in cash or, if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about April 10, 2014.
