Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF announced distribution of $0.03779 per unit and $0.03285 per advisor class unit for the month ending January 31, 2013. The ex-dividend date for the distribution is anticipated to be January 29, 2013, for all unit holders of record on January 31, 2013.
