Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF Announces Distribution on Class E Unit and Advisor Class Unit for the Period Ending November 30, 2012, Payable on or About December 12, 2012

Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF announced distribution for the period ending November 30, 2012 of $0.03658 per Class E unit and $0.03226 per advisor class unit. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be November 28, 2012, for all unitholders of record on November 30, 2012. The Distributions will be paid in cash or, if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective the company's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about December 12, 2012.
