Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF Announces Distribution for the Month Ending October 31, 2014, Payable on or About November 12, 2014

Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. announced the distribution of $0.03303 per HPR unit and $0.02834 per HPR. A unit for Horizons Active Preferred Share ETF for the month ending October 31, 2014. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be October 29, 2014, for all unitholders of record on October 31, 2014.

The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about November 12, 2014.
