Horizons Active High Yield Bond ETF Declares September 2013 Distributions, Payable on or About October 10, 2013

Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. announced the distribution $0.05222 per unit and $0.04716 per HYI. A unit for Horizons Active High Yield Bond ETF for the period ending September 30, 2013. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be September 26, 2013, for all unitholders of record on September 30, 2013.

The Distributions will be paid in cash or, if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about October 10, 2013.
