HORIZONS ACTIVE FLOATING RATE PREFERRED SHARE ETF Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. announced the distribution on Horizons Active Floating Rate Preferred Share ETF of $0.02897 per HFP unit and $0.02406 per HFP.A, for the period ending January 31, 2015. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be January 28, 2015, for all unit holders of record on January 30, 2015. The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unit holder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan, reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about February 11, 2015.
