"The timing of this year's food drive was of special significance. A large number of our residents were impacted by Hurricane Sandy, and many of the donations were immediately put to use, helping people through that difficult time," said Rosemarie Cook-Manley, Vice President of Marketing for Home Properties. "More than ever, this food drive truly helped our neighbors in need."

In the four years that Home Properties has sponsored this food drive, over 48,000 pounds of food has been donated.

"We are so proud of how our employees and residents have embraced this worthwhile cause and exhibited such generosity, year after year. It demonstrates a true sense of commitment to helping others," stated Cook-Manley.
