HEIWA REAL ESTATE REIT, Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "Investment Corporation") announced today it has completed the acquisition of the real estate of SHINWA ESAKA BUILDING announced in the press release "Notice Concerning Acquisition of Domestic Assets (HF KITASENJU RESIDENCE and SHINWA ESAKA BUILDING)" dated January 30, 2024 as described below.
