HC Surgical Specialists Limited (the "Company") was incorporated on 1 September 2015 in Singapore and listed on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 3 November 2016. The Company, its subsidiaries and associated company are a medical services group primarily engaged in the provision of endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopies and colonoscopies, and general surgery services with a focus on colorectal procedures across a network of 16 clinics located throughout Singapore.

Ms. Cai was previously the Chief Nursing Offcer (the "CNO") from 1 March 2018 to 14 November 2021. She relinquished her CNO role with effect from 15 November 2021, but remained in the Group as Senior Nurse Executive upon her request to reduce her work commitments for personal reasons. She is now able to commit to her CNO responsibilities.
Ms. Cai was recommended by the Nominating Committee of the Company and approved by the Company's board of directors (the "Board") based on her qualifcations and work experience. The Board has reviewed the qualifcations and experience of Ms. Cai and is of the view that her nursing experience will contribute positively to the nursing standards of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group"). Furthermore, Ms. Cai was the CNO of the Company for the period 1 March 2018 to 14 November 2021.
