HC GROUP INC. The Board of HC International Inc. announced that Mr. Yang Ning has been appointed as an executive director of the company with effect from January 17, 2014. Mr. Yang joined the Group in 2006, and is now a president of the Group and a general manager of an e-commerce subsidiary of the Group.
