Xiamen Jingdao Kaixiang Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 5.3% stake in ShenZhen GTJA Investment Group Co., Ltd from XuanHua Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000923) for approximately CNY 110 million on December 31, 2016. For the year ended December 31, 2015 ShenZhen GTJA Investment Group Co., Ltd reported total revenue of CNY 58.9 million, total assets of CNY 1.2 billion, operating profits of CNY 49.6 million, net income of CNY 32.9 million and total common equity of CNY 447.8 million.
HBIS Resources Co., Ltd., formerly Xuanhua Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the mining development business, as well as the processing and sales of mineral products. The Company's main products include copper, magnetite and vermiculite. The Company is also involved in the manufacture and sales of engineering machinery and accessories. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
