(Reuters) - British recruitment firm Hays forecast annual profit at the bottom end of market view on Thursday after reporting lower net fees for the fourth quarter amid sluggish hiring market conditions.

Hays expects to log an annual pre-exceptional operating profit of 105 million pounds ($135.04 million), slightly below a company-provided analyst consensus range of 106 million pounds to 113 million pounds.
