Haus Talk, Inc. Announces Cash Dividend, Payable On December 5, 2023

of HAUS TALK, INC announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 16, 2023, the Board approved the declaration of a cash dividend in the total amount of Twenty Seven Million Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and Forty Centavos (PHP 27,688,733.40), equivalent to One Centavo (PHP 0.01) per common share. The cash dividend shall be taken from the unrestricted retained earnings of the Corporation as of December 31, 2022, to be made available to all stockholders of record as of November 8, 2023 and payable on December 5, 2023.
