Hardy Underwriting Group All Employee Share Incentive Plan

Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited announces that it was advised on the 9 February 2012 that the Trustees of the Hardy Underwriting Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), purchased the following Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited Common shares of 20p each:

On 8 February 2012  - 13,509 Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited Common Shares of 20p each at £2.17 per share in respect of the January allocation under the terms of the Plan.  Of these shares 4,503 were acquired as Partnership Shares (paid for by participating employees), and 9,006 shares were bought by the Company as Matching Shares. 

The registered holder of all shares is Lloyds TSB Corporate Nominees Limited designation AESOP 1.
