Puey as Members of Executive Committee; Jose S. Navarro as Chairman of Audit Committee, Ramon C. Liwag and Ignatius A. Rodriguez as Members of Audit Committee; Manuel H. Puey as Chairman of Corporate Governance Committee, Ryota Nagata and Jose S. Navarro as Members of Corporate Governance Committee.
