Hao Bai International Limited Announces Resignation of Chen Lei as Independent Non-Executive Director and Cessation as Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited announced that Chen Lei has resigned as an independent non-executive director and ceased to be a member of the audit committee of the company; a member of the remuneration committee of the company and a member of the nomination committee of the company, with effect from October 8, 2021 as he would like to spend more time to pursue his own business.
