Grex Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Hanwha Susung Special Purpose Acquisition Co,.LTD (KOSDAQ:A265920) in a reverse merger transaction on July 3, 2019. Grex shall pay 4.3775000 shares for every one share of Hanwha Susung.
