Rich communications Co., Ltd. acquired 7.96% stake in Hicel Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A066980) from Yang-Woo Jin and one other individual for KRW 9.5 billion on January 14, 2013. Rich communications will acquire 2.21 million shares at the price of KRW 4301.66 per share. Rich communications paid KRW 4 billion on January 14, 2013. Rich communications will pay KRW 2 billion for 0.46 million shares before January 24, 2013. Rich communications will pay remaining KRW 3.5 billion for 0.82 million to a law firm selected by the seller not later than the day before the general meeting of shareholders.
