It is hereby announced that no applications have been submitted for the
Company proposal "Issuance of shares for cash capital increase through
private placement or public offering or a combination of both
within the quota of 80,000,000 common shares," which was approved at the
2021 shareholders general meeting. Therefore, processing procedures will be
discontinued for the remaining time limit.
