Item 8.01. Other Events.

On January 27, 2022, Hanmi Financial Corporation ("Hanmi") issued a press release declaring a cash dividend of $0.22 per share. The dividend will be paid on February 24, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 7, 2022.
