Hankyu Hanshin REIT, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the period ending May 31, 2022 and for the period ending November 30, 2021. For the period ending May 31, 2022, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 5,874 million, operating income of JPY 2,362 million, and net income of JPY 2,029 million or distribution per unit of JPY 2,920.
For the period ending November 30, 2021, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 5,815 million, operating income of JPY 2,341 million, and net income of JPY 2,009 million or distribution per unit of JPY 2,890.
