This is in reference to your email dated December 26, 2022 seeking clarification on the news article captioned "Gulf Oil to supply EV fluids for commercial EV maker Altigreen" which appeared in " "www.thehindubusinessline.com" on December 26, 2022.
We hereby inform you that, it is normal business activity of the Company to make such tie-ups and launch our products with various OEMs/other companies. Similarly, Gulf Oil has entered into an agreement with Altigreen to supply EV fluids for commercial EVs. However, we don't apprehend this agreement as material and having any significant impact on the revenue/profitability of the company warranting disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations").
The Company is compliant with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions Listing Regulations relating to disclosure of price sensitive information.
As and when there is any information which requires disclosure under Regulation 30 or other applicable provisions of Listing Regulations, the Company shall promptly make the requisite disclosures.
