Guerrero Ventures Inc. announced drill results from its Biric project in the Guerrero Gold Belt in southern Mexico. Guerrero also announce that it has fulfilled the required exploration expenditures and obligations under its Biric option agreement with Alamos Gold Inc. Alamos is currently transferring a 100% interest in the project to Guerrero. The Biric Project covers more than 41,000 hectares in 3 mining concessions. Exposed rock types include limestone and shale of the Morelos and Mezcala Formations, as well as highly prospective intrusive rocks identical to those seen in Goldcorp's neighboring Los Filos Mine and Torex Gold's nearby Media Luna deposit. It borders Minaurum Gold Inc.'s (Minaurum) Vuelcos del Destino project to the east and south. A 4,200 meter exploration drill program was carried out by Minaurum, under contract to Guerrero, to test both principal target areas (Punto Rojo and Hornfels Hill), and outlying geologic and geophysical targets. Four of the 9 holes drilled (GV2015-13 through -15, and -17) intercepted significant zones of anomalous gold mineralization (0.100 grams Au).
