Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2018. For the fourth quarter, the company announced net interest income was USD 18.856 million compared to USD 15.488 million a year ago. Net income was USD 6.512 million compared to USD 2.808 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.55 compared to USD 0.25 a year ago. For the full year, net interest income was USD 68.916 million compared to USD 59.630 million a year ago. Net income was USD 20.596 million compared to USD 14.439 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 1.78 compared to USD 1.41 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 1.77 compared to USD 1.4 a year ago.
