Guanhao Biotech Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300238) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Beihao Stem Cells and Regenerative and 50% stake in Beijing Hongguan Regenerative from Guangzhou Zhiguang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for CNY 63.7 million on January 29, 2018. Under the transaction, Guanhao Biotech Co.,Ltd. acquires remaining 70% stake in Beihao Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine Research Institute Co., Ltd. and 50% stake in Beijing Hongguan Regenerative Medicine Technology Co., Ltd. Consideration will be funded by use of own funds by Guanhao Biotech Co.,Ltd. The transaction is subject to approval by shareholders of Guanhao Biotech Co.,Ltd. As on January 29, 2018, transaction has been approved by the Board of Guanhao Biotech Co.,Ltd.
