Polux Activos Inmobiliarios (Culmia) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction of a residential development including 70 housing units, with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, distributed in a 7-storey building, 10 homes per floor, 80 parking spaces and 38 storage rooms.
It also has communal recreational and leisure areas, including an outdoor swimming pool.
