GRIFFIN MINING : DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS

Griffin Mining Limited ('Griffin') was yesterday advised that the wife of Mr Dal S Brynelsen a non-executive director of Griffin purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in Griffin at a price of 65 pence per share.

Following this purchase Mr Dal S Brynelsen has an interest in 417,001 ordinary shares representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of Griffin.
