America First Multifamily Investors, L.P announced that it has eliminated its consolidated variable interest entities (consolidated VIE) business following the sale of the Bent Tree and Fairmont Oaks, the two remaining properties under the segment, by their respective owners. The company will recognize cash available for distribution of $0.08 per unit or approximately $5 million from the transaction.
