The Management Board of FAMUR S.A. of Katowice (the "Company") announces that in 2021 periodic reports will be published on the following dates:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- for the first quarter of 2021 - May 25th 2021
- for the third quarter of 2021 - November 16th 2021
- Consolidated report for the first half of 2021 - August 31st 2021
- Full-yearreports:
- separate full-year report for 2020 - March 30th 2021
- consolidated full-year report for 2020 - March 30th 2021
The Company's Management Board announces that the Company will not publish separate quarterly or half- year reports, as permitted under Par. 62.1 and Par. 62.3 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation (Dz.U. No. 2018, item 757, April 20th 2018). The Company also announces that pursuant to Par. 79.2 of the Regulation, it will not release a consolidated report for the fourth quarter of 2020 and the second quarter of 2021.
Legal basis: Par. 80.1 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation of March 29th 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
