GREENEARTH ENERGY BECOMES VIVID TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (ASX:VIV)

• New name better reflects company focus on intelligent energy efficiency solutions
• Change of company name was approved by shareholders at the recent 2016 AGM
• ASX code to change from 'GER' to 'VIV' from 16 January 2017

Greenearth Energy Limited (ASX: GER) will commence trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as Vivid Technology Limited under the ASX code 'VIV' effective from 16 January 2017.

The new corporate identity better reflects the company's principal activities and technology focus, of delivering world class energy efficiency technologies along with other renewable energy research and development projects.

The new company logo and branding provides better consistency across the group (including Vivid Industrial and Vivid Ilumalite), with no change to NewCO2Fuels (in which the group has a 33.33% effective economic interest).

The change of company name was approved by shareholders at the company's recent 2016 Annual General Meeting.

About NewCO2Fuels

NewCO2Fuels (NCF) is an Israeli start‐up company which was formed in 2011 by a group of scientists and entrepreneurs with the support of Greenearth Energy Ltd and the Erdi Group.

NCF was formed to develop and commercialise an innovative system to profitably produce fuels from CO2 and water, using renewable high temperature heat from solar or excess heat from industry. The system is based on a technology previously developed at the Weizmann Institute of Science and exclusively licensed to NCF.
