StopPain Medicinals, Inc. entered into a stock acquisition agreement to acquire Green Endeavors, Inc. (OTCPK:GRNE) in a reverse merger transaction on August 3, 2018. Under the transaction, Green Endeavors will issue 20 million newly issued shares of common stock in Green Endeavors to StopPain. The transaction is expected to close on or before September 30, 2018.
