(SHSE:600323) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Harbin Tianren Ruihe Biomass Energy Co., Ltd., 90% stake in Daqing Yuhe Environment Protection Technology Services Co., Ltd. and 90% stake in Mudanjian Ruijia Environment Protection Services Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 160 million in cash and shares on January 27, 2016.

Grandblue Environment Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in solid waste treatment business. The Company is also engaged in energy business, water supply business and drainage business. The solid waste treatment business focuses on the incineration of domestic waste to generate electricity, and the treatment of pollution sources such as food waste, sludge, industrial waste, agricultural waste, medical waste, large garbage, and garden waste. The energy business includes multi-energy supply businesses such as pipeline natural gas, bottled gas, and hydrogen. The water supply business has a full industrial chain of water supply services, including water intake, water production, water delivery to end customer service.
