Goldrich Mining Company is a minerals company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and advancing mineral properties. The property is on land owned by the State of Alaska, which is one of the mining jurisdictions in the world. The Chandalar property contains both its Chandalar hard-rock (lode) gold project, its primary target, and the Chandalar alluvial gold mine. It has a block of contiguous mining claims at Chandalar that cover a net area of about 22,858 acres (approximately 35.7 square miles). The mining claims are located to secure most of the gold-bearing zones occurring within an area of approximately five miles by eight miles. It owns 426.5 acres as 21 federal lode claims, one patented federal placer claim, and one patented federal mill site. The 23 federal patented claims cover the gold-bearing structures.
