GOLR LNG : Golar LNG Energy - Mandatory Notification of Trade

Golar LNG Energy Limited ("Golar Energy" or the "Company") reports that following the closing of Golar LNG Limited's Voluntary Offer Golar LNG Limited has acquired an additional 10,238,516 Golar Energy shares at NOK 26.80 per share. Golar LNG Limited now owns 99.4% of the Company corresponding to 236,586,307 shares.
