Godrej Fund Management agreed to acquire 5% stake in Godrej Green Homes Private Limited from Godrej Properties Limited for approximately INR 470 million.

Godrej Fund Management agreed to acquire 5% stake in Godrej Green Homes Private Limited from Godrej Properties Limited (NSEI:GODREJPROP) for approximately INR 470 million on June 5, 2024. A cash consideration of INR 467 million will be paid by Godrej Fund Management. Expected date of acquisition is on June 5, 2024.
