GoCompare completes the acquisition of MyVoucherCodes

Further to the announcement on 19 December 2017,GoCompare.com Group plc('GoCompare' or 'the Group') today announces that it has completed the acquisition of The Global Voucher Group Limited, which trades as MyVoucherCodes, and its subsidiaries (together, 'MyVoucherCodes') from Monitise Limited for £36.5m in cash, on a cash-free, debt-free basis (the 'Acquisition').

The Group's next scheduled update will be its 2017 preliminary results announcement on 28 February 2018.
