GMO Research, Inc. (TSE:3695) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 30,000 shares, representing 1.81% of the outstanding shares for ¥50 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy. The program will run until the end of June 2019. As of December 31, 2018, the company had 1,657,520 shares outstanding and 19,480 shares in treasury.
GMO Research & AI Inc, formerly GMO Research Inc, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the Internet research business, which provides outsourced research, tabulation, and analysis services for market research activities using the Internet.
