GLP J-REIT (TSE:3281) managed by GLP Japan Advisors Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire 30 logistic property in Japan from Global Logistic Properties Limited (SGX:MC0) for approximately ¥210 billion on November 13, 2012. GLP J-REIT will acquire GLP Tokyo for ¥22.7 billion, will acquire GLP Higashi-Ogishima for ¥4.98 billion, will acquire GLP Akishima for ¥7.16 billion, will acquire GLP Tomisato for ¥4.99 billion, will acquire GLP Narashino II for ¥15.22 billion, will acquire GLP Funabashi for ¥1.72 billion, will acquire GLP Kazo for ¥11.5 billion, will acquire GLP Fukaya for ¥2.38 billion, will acquire GLP Sugito II for ¥19 billion, will acquire GLP Iwatsuki for ¥6.94 billion, will acquire GLP Kasukabe for ¥4.24 billion, will acquire GLP Koshigaya II for ¥9.78 billion, will acquire GLP Misato II for ¥14.6 billion, will acquire GLP Hirakata for ¥4.75 billion, will acquire GLP Hirakata II for ¥7.94 billion, will acquire GLP Maishima II for ¥8.97 billion, will acquire GLP Tsumori for ¥1.99 billion, will acquire GLP Rokko for ¥5.16 billion, will acquire GLP Amagasaki for ¥24.5 billion, will acquire GLP Amagasaki II for ¥2.04 billion, will acquire GLP Nara for ¥2.41 billion, will acquire GLP Morioka for ¥808 million, will acquire GLP Tomiya for ¥2.82 billion, will acquire GLP Koriyama I for ¥4.1 billion, will acquire GLP Koriyama III for ¥2.62 billion, will acquire GLP Tokai for ¥6.21 billion, will acquire GLP Hayashima for ¥1.19 billion, will acquire GLP Hayashima II for ¥2.46 billion, will acquire GLP Kiyama for ¥4.76 billion, and will acquire GLP Tosu III for ¥793 million.

GLP J-REIT will fund the transaction from the issuance of new investment units worth ¥116.1 billion and borrowing of funds worth ¥107.9 billion. The transaction is subject to shareholders' approval and conditional debt financing from commercial banks, no violations of representations and warranties and no breach of contract. Morii Appraisal & Investment Consulting Inc. acted as appraisal agency for GLP Tokyo, GLP Higashiogishima, GLP Akishima, GLP Sugito II, GLP Iwatsuki, GLP Kasukabe, GLP Koshigaya II, GLP Misato II, GLP Nara, and GLP Tokai. Japan Real Estate Institute acted as appraisal agency for GLP Hirakata, GLP Hirakata II, GLP Maishima II, GLP Tsumori, GLP Rokko, GLP Amagasaki, GLP Amagasaki II, GLP Hayashima, GLP Hayashima II, GLP Kiyama, and GLP Tosu III.
