JANUARY 2020 GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) the following information is provided in relation to the results of the Company's General Meeting held Thursday, 30 January 2020.
