Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. is expecting the non-binding offers for the tenders for BSI SA and Generali USA Life Reassurance Company by the end of this week. Alberto Minali, Chief Financial Officer of Assicurazioni Generali, said, "There are interesting proposals and I do not see problems or obstacles to the sales, which will generate further cash."
