Gatekeeper Announces Grant of Stock Options

Abbotsford, BC January 20, 2016 - Gatekeeper Systems Inc. ('Gatekeeper' or the 'Company') (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF; FSE: 1GK)announces that it has granted an aggregate of 600,000 incentive stock options (the 'Options') to certain directors and consultants under the Company's stock option plan, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

An aggregate of 400,000 Options were granted on January 20, 2016, exercisable at a price of $0.15 for a period of three years from the date of grant, and subject to vesting terms. The Company also granted an aggregate of 200,000 Options to directors of the Company, exercisable at $0.16 for a period of ten years from the grant date, expiring on June 24, 2025.
