Galliford Try Holdings PLC - Uxbridge, England-based construction company - Says its Building business has been appointed to a GBP95 million contract to deliver a new custodial facility at HMP Rye Hill. Says the facility is a prison managed by Onley Prison Services Ltd and operated by G4S Care & Justice Services Ltd, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.

Galliford Try Chief Executive Officer Bill Hocking says: "The custodial sector remains an important part of our Sustainable Growth Strategy targeting high-quality projects within the public realm. We look forward to working with G4S and the MoJ to deliver this expansion to HMP Rye Hill, improving facilities for staff, prisoners and visitors."
