Fujian Apex Software Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603383) signed a stake transfer agreement to acquire 33% stake in Dongwu Software Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. from Wu Yanhua for CNY 0.03 million on January 25, 2018. Consideration will be paid by the use of own funds and will be paid within 3 days after the signing of the stake transfer agreement.
