・ Advanced testing environment
The plant system is constructed and provided as a system by optimally combining products such as monitoring control systems, information and control panels as well as power supply panels according to the customer's plants.
Fuji Electric has recently established a new verification system with enhanced field reproducibility.The system is enable to reproduce and verify customers' plant systems, and test them in combination by using a network to remotely connect products that are manufactured at multiple Fuji Electric production sites. This will improve the level of system completion at the time of shipment and contribute to quick startup and operation of customer's new plants.
・Promoting platform development
Based on the technology and experience that Fuji Electric has cultivated over many years, Fuji Electric has built a standard platforms for plant systems that can be widely applied to various plants and provide them together with equipment and software according to customer's specification requirements. The platform creation will reduce lead-times and also improve the quality and reliability of systems as well.
・Expansion of communication space with customers
The Plant Systems Center has as an area where, set up a communication area with customers and introduce the products, software and solutions that make up the plant systems with actual products and large screen monitors.
